Mrs. Cornett Keeps Reading Alive!
Huge congratulations to Vicky Cornett, the Media Center Coordinator at Dudley Shoals Elementary, for being awarded the “What Are You Reading” Grant!
Thanks to the wonderful partnership between Education Foundation Inc. of Caldwell County and Blue Ridge Energy, Mrs. Cornett will be using these funds to stock the school’s famous book vending machine.
Students earn tokens for their hard work and can "purchase" a brand-new book of their choice to keep! We are so proud of all the initiatives that make reading fun throughout Caldwell County Schools.
